Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • at least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to adapt to business-driven schedule changes
  • availability to attend required training sessions
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/move for extended periods
  • regular and consistent attendance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • at least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
  • associate's degree preferred
  • 2 or more years of banking experience preferred
  • 2 or more years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
  • proficient in G-Suite
  • strong written and oral communication skills

Job Duties

  • Proactively engage with guests in a high-energy community and café environment
  • share the value of Capital One's products and services through genuine conversations free from high-pressure sales tactics
  • guide customers through Capital One's digital ecosystem, helping them master mobile tools and troubleshoot technical issues
  • host and support local events promoting financial health and wellness
  • advocate for customers and resolve issues in line with compliance and regulatory requirements, including de-escalating complex situations
  • foster an inclusive, welcoming environment that embodies Capital One's culture and values
  • adapt to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and support other Capital One café locations within a 50-mile radius as needed
