Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to support surrounding Cafes within a 50 mile radius
- Ability to attend all required training sessions
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods
- Regular and consistent attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of banking experience preferred
- 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Proficient in G-Suite preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills preferred
Job Duties
- Be a natural connector by proactively engaging guests in a high-energy environment
- Serve as a brand advocate by sharing the value of Capital One’s products through genuine conversation without sales pressure
- Simplify the complex by guiding customers through digital tools and troubleshooting technical issues
- Facilitate purposeful impact by hosting and supporting local financial health events and managing strategic community partnerships
- Advocate for customers and resolve issues in compliance with regulatory requirements, including de-escalating complex situations
- Act as a culture carrier by fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all guests
- Stay agile and engaged by moving throughout the Cafe to support guest experiences and community interactions
