Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule changes
- Must attend required training sessions
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing or moving for extended periods
- Regular and consistent attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of banking experience preferred
- 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Job Duties
- Proactively engage with guests in a high-energy environment
- Serve as a brand advocate by sharing the value of Capital One products and services through genuine conversation
- Guide customers through Capital One's digital ecosystem, helping them master mobile tools and troubleshoot tech challenges
- Host and support local events promoting financial health
- Advocate for customers, problem solve, and own issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment as a culture carrier
- Adapt to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays and support surrounding Cafés within a 50-mile radius
