Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Available to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
- Ability to attend all required training sessions
- Support surrounding Cafés within a 50 mile radius as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience in banking preferred
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Customer-facing experience
Job Duties
- Engage with guests proactively in a high-energy community and coffee shop environment
- Share the value of Capital One’s products and services through genuine conversation without sales pressure
- Guide customers through Capital One’s digital ecosystem and help troubleshoot technology issues
- Host and support local events that promote financial health and community engagement
- Advocate for customers, resolve issues in compliance with regulations, and handle escalated situations calmly
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where every guest feels welcome
- Maintain flexibility and agility while moving throughout the Café to support the guest experience flow
