Job Duties

Greet guests with a positive, energetic attitude and take food and beverage orders
prepare and serve menu items according to food safety standards
ring up orders accurately using our POS system and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments
maintain a clean and organized cafe area, including counters, equipment, and dining spaces
restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
assist with large orders for birthday parties and group events
answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergies
follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
resolve guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed
assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
upsell cafe specials, combos, and merchandise when appropriate
additional responsibilities as assigned
