Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older at start of season
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to commit to a minimum of three shifts per week
- willingness to work in outdoor poolside environment
- capable of standing for extended periods
- ability to operate cafe equipment
- good organizational skills
- attention to detail
- ability to follow instructions and ask questions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- strong customer service skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with POS systems advantageous
- knowledge of safe food handling practices
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- assist with food preparation
- operate espresso and frozen beverage machines
- process orders through POS system
- run food and beverages to pool deck
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace
- assist with event and swim meet setup
- support opening and closing duties
