Job Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years of culinary experience in senior roles
  • proven leadership and team management ability
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to high standards of service and quality
  • ability to operate kitchen and office equipment
  • ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • maintain safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of senior culinary arts experience preferably in award-winning or 4/5 star rated restaurants or resorts
  • strong staff management skills
  • passion for innovative flavor profiles and cooking techniques
  • knowledge of cost control and labor management
  • good understanding of food and beverage pairing in fine dining
  • excellent basic math skills
  • proficiency with PC/software systems
  • ServSafe Manager certification

Job Duties

  • Oversee entire kitchen operations including staffing and scheduling
  • create menus and manage food ordering and costing
  • track inventory and manage waste
  • supervise food preparation and culinary staff
  • collaborate with Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional guest experience
  • lead kitchen cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
