Responsibilities also include accurately taking and executing orders, maintaining cleanliness in the work environment, and handling cash transactions with integrity. Competency with point of sale (POS) systems and adherence to cash handling procedures are fundamental to the role.

In addition to guest interaction duties, the Cabana Server will engage in back-of-house activities, such as food preparation and tray maintenance, often under various indoor and outdoor weather conditions. The job requires a physically active individual capable of walking and standing for extended periods, and the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Flexibility is critical, as the role involves varied scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet peak operational demands. The position is seasonal and offers variable hours up to 40 per week, with compensation starting at $16.90 per hour plus the potential for tips. Essential training, including ServSafe certification and Responsible Vendor Training, will be completed to ensure compliance with safety and service standards.

Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Minimum of six months experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to walk and stand extensively
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Completion of all training, including ServSafe and RCS Responsible Vendor Training
  • Flexibility in working varied shifts
  • Availability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to learn/use point of sale (cash register) systems

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years old

Job Duties
