Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or poolside service preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • detail-oriented and organized with a passion for guest service
  • ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-volume environment

Job Duties

  • Welcome and escort guests to their reserved cabana with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor
  • serve as the primary point of contact for cabana guests, providing personalized service throughout the day
  • anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to all requests, including amenities, towel refreshes, F&B orders, and special preferences
  • coordinate with the food & beverage team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of all cabanas and surrounding areas
  • prepare cabanas prior to guest arrival with towels, water, menus, and other amenities
  • manage daily cabana reservations, including check-ins, check-outs, and availability
  • manage cabana inventory and strategically set pricing on Resort Pass and Way to maximize cabana sales and occupancy
  • ensure compliance with all resort policies, safety standards, and service procedures
  • communicate guest feedback, maintenance issues, or service opportunities to leadership
  • promote resort offerings and experiences to enhance the overall guest stay
