Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to undergo background check

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or poolside service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with a passion for guest service
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-volume environment
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must have open availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Welcome and escort guests to their reserved cabana with a warm and professional demeanor
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cabana guests providing personalized service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests including amenities, towel refreshes, and food and beverage orders
- Coordinate with the food and beverage team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all cabanas and surrounding areas
- Prepare cabanas prior to guest arrival with towels, water, menus, and other amenities
- Manage daily cabana reservations including check-ins, check-outs, and availability
- Manage cabana inventory and strategically set pricing on Resort Pass and Way to maximize cabana sales and occupancy
- Ensure compliance with all resort policies, safety standards, and service procedures
- Communicate guest feedback, maintenance issues, or service opportunities to leadership
- Promote resort offerings and experiences to enhance overall guest stay
