Job Duties
- Ensure the pool deck is swept and watered down and that all furniture is in the correct place when setting up in the morning
- greet all guests upon arrival, distribute towels, offer assistance with seating, and delivering consistent guest service, exceeding guest expectations, and providing all other supporting services
- anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
- resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas including
- stocking of supplies, folding napkins, cleaning menus, sanitizing tables
- responsible for maintaining cleanliness of pool deck and facilities including straightening and stacking chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs, collecting towels, and tidying up cabanas
- obtain clean towels and transport to pool
- fold and stack towels
- ensure all pool deck furniture is straight and organized, including cabanas
- check all lounges for need of repairs, mark them, and report them to Engineering
