Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, and crew operations
  • Plan for success through recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing and setting staffing goals
  • Train, coach and motivate team members to achieve results
  • Oversee operational needs including maintenance to meet standards of excellence
  • Make critical business decisions related to inventory, budgeting, and food ordering and cost control
  • Ensure adherence to food safety measures according to McDonald’s standards
  • Maintain high standards of guest and employee safety and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote fun at work
