Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, and crew operations
- Plan for success through recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing and setting staffing goals
- Train, coach and motivate team members to achieve results
- Oversee operational needs including maintenance to meet standards of excellence
- Make critical business decisions related to inventory, budgeting, and food ordering and cost control
- Ensure adherence to food safety measures according to McDonald’s standards
- Maintain high standards of guest and employee safety and satisfaction
- Collaborate with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Foster a positive team environment and promote fun at work
