This opportunity is for a General Manager role, integral to Chipotle's rapid growth as they open almost a new restaurant every day. The General Manager leads from the front lines, hiring and developing strong teams, building a winning culture, and running a robust business. The General Manager is also accountable for maintaining an immaculate restaurant environment, driving guest satisfaction, executing marketing initiatives, and achieving sales and cash flow targets. Additionally, this role offers a competitive pay range between $22.62 and $31.78 per hour, along with eligibility for quarterly cash bonuses.
