The Automotive Detailer position at CarMax is a crucial role focused on maintaining the quality and appearance of vehicles available for customers. Automotive Detailers work meticulously to ensure each car meets CarMax’s strict standards for visual excellence and reliability. The role involves conducting thorough cosmetic inspections to identify detailing requirements and performing expert detailing services such as paint retouching, waxing, buffing, sanding, masking, and interior cleaning. Automotive Detailers also handle minor repairs and replacements of small parts and components to maintain both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
