Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years restaurant P&L management experience
  • 5-7 years overall restaurant experience
  • Food Service Management or Culinary program graduation preferred
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of company policies and products
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years documented restaurant P&L management experience
  • 5-7 years overall restaurant experience in similar operations
  • Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program preferred
  • Strong team management and delegation skills
  • Ability to resolve issues and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of HMSHost policies and operational standards
  • Proficient in communication and understanding of brand standards

Job Duties

  • Open and close the restaurant ensuring all checklists and requirements are met
  • Manage staffing and deployment to maximize profitability and cover all shifts
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and motivation to restaurant staff
  • Interview, hire, and manage associate employment status, promoting diversity and inclusion
  • Oversee product ordering, inventory management, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain restaurant equipment and ensure compliance with safety and health standards
  • Implement marketing programs and develop strategies to increase revenue
