The role focuses on the technical analysis and strategic development of Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) operations, readiness, and force structuring. As a C-UAS Plans Analyst, the professional will tackle complex challenges by conducting thorough analysis, war-gaming, and simulations to support senior leadership decision-making and resource management. The role demands a detailed understanding of threat devices, layered defense strategies, and integration of C-UAS procedures across various warfighting domains.

The analyst will work closely with U.S. and coalition forces by conducting all-source intelligence analysis, utilizing diverse intelligence disciplines such as Technical Intelligence (TECHINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT/CYBER), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). Responsibilities also include assessing operational concepts, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), identifying capability gaps, and recommending domain-specific solutions. Coordination with service components, joint staff, and interagency partners forms a key part of this role to align C-UAS capabilities with operational requirements. Beyond analysis, the position involves supporting testing activities, training exercises, vulnerability assessments, and producing detailed analytical reports and briefings tailored for senior leaders.

Emphasizing a culture of integrity and trust, CACI fosters an environment where employees are empowered through flexible work benefits and continuous learning opportunities. The role offers a competitive salary range between $78,700 and $165,200, reflecting factors such as geographic location and experience. CACI’s workforce benefits from comprehensive healthcare, wellness programs, retirement plans, family support services, continuing education, and paid time off, creating a balanced work-life environment. The company is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering diversity and inclusion across all levels of its operations.

In summary, the C-UAS Plans Analyst role at CACI presents an exciting opportunity for professionals seeking to contribute to national security by leveraging advanced analytical skills and expertise in unmanned systems technologies. This position is ideal for candidates who possess robust research, analytical, and communication capabilities, and who thrive in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.
