  • One to four years of related restaurant or management experience

  • Ability to manage and direct team members
  • Experience analyzing Profit and Loss statements
  • Proficiency with computer operations

Job Qualifications

  • One to four years of restaurant, quick service restaurant, or Buffalo Wild Wings experience
  • Previous restaurant management or General Manager experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage overall restaurant operations including financial health and profitability
  • Lead, develop, and engage restaurant team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations
  • Analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • Oversee responsible alcohol service and safe food handling
  • Manage safety and security systems and procedures
  • Champion change and foster team training and development
