- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage overall restaurant operations including financial health and profitability
- Lead, develop, and engage restaurant team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations
- Analyze Profit and Loss statements
- Oversee responsible alcohol service and safe food handling
- Manage safety and security systems and procedures
- Champion change and foster team training and development
