The Butter Packaging Operator role at Select Milk Producers is essential to maintaining the company’s high standards of quality and efficiency in dairy product packaging. Operators are responsible for the accurate packaging and tracking of butter inventory, paying close attention to product quality and adherence to defined standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring the production line for issues such as jams or defective packaging, inspecting products, and removing or resealing non-conforming packages. Reporting any machine damage or unsafe conditions promptly to supervisors is vital for maintaining safety and smooth operations.
