Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in household or hospitality management
  • Experience coordinating renovations
  • Ability to manage travel details and logistics
  • Strong discretion and initiative
  • Flexible schedule Monday through Friday
  • Availability to travel to Southampton regularly
  • Long-term commitment to the role

Job Qualifications

  • Significant experience running fine homes, yachts, or 5-star hotels
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience managing property renovations
  • Ability to manage and coordinate staff effectively
  • Experience with maintaining art inventory is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently

Job Duties

  • Manage fine home operations and oversee renovations
  • Coordinate meetings and manage small household staff
  • Maintain art inventory and oversee its security and care
  • Organize and coordinate all travel logistics for clients
  • Exercise discretion and anticipate client needs proactively
  • Oversee multiple residences including city and Hamptons homes
  • Travel regularly to Southampton for property management
