Our client is an executive gay couple relocating from London, seeking a highly experienced Senior Butler to oversee their sophisticated and luxurious residences located in the city and the Hamptons. These homes are in the process of being established as the couple transitions from a large rental property during a comprehensive renovation phase. Job Requirements
- Significant experience in household or hospitality management
- Experience coordinating renovations
- Ability to manage travel details and logistics
- Strong discretion and initiative
- Flexible schedule Monday through Friday
- Availability to travel to Southampton regularly
- Long-term commitment to the role
Job Qualifications
- Significant experience running fine homes, yachts, or 5-star hotels
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience managing property renovations
- Ability to manage and coordinate staff effectively
- Experience with maintaining art inventory is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently
Job Duties
- Manage fine home operations and oversee renovations
- Coordinate meetings and manage small household staff
- Maintain art inventory and oversee its security and care
- Organize and coordinate all travel logistics for clients
- Exercise discretion and anticipate client needs proactively
- Oversee multiple residences including city and Hamptons homes
- Travel regularly to Southampton for property management
