Core to this position is the responsibility to work alongside the Guest Services Agent (GSA) to obtain detailed pre-arrival information ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. This includes gathering guest names (with attention to details like children's ages), contact information, lodging specifics, flight details, and transportation arrangements. Further, the role involves coordinating with various departments to customize room settings, accommodate food and beverage preferences including allergies, and ensure timely housekeeping services with special attention to guest requests.

The role also includes a solid focus on maintaining up-to-date knowledge of departmental policies, guest profiles, and operational procedures including the use of the Property Management System (Opera). This comprehensive understanding allows the candidate to anticipate guest needs and swiftly resolve any complaints, fostering a positive, memorable experience.

Moreover, the position requires proficiency in performing or overseeing diverse tasks such as housekeeping duties, food and beverage services, and concierge assistance ranging from dining reservations to arranging spa services and transportation. The candidate will ensure safety and security measures on the property are communicated effectively to guests, especially when engaging in ocean activities or exploring local attractions.

Ultimately, this position offers an enriching opportunity to work in a luxury resort environment with a diverse, inclusive team committed to excellence. Marriott Vacations Worldwide values diverse talents and fosters an inclusive culture, providing employees with meaningful professional growth while rewarding their commitment with generous perks and an engaging workplace setting.
