This position is for a Professional Household Butler serving high-net-worth individuals in a luxury private residence. The role is centered around providing the utmost level of service, presentation, and hospitality within an exclusive home environment. Immediate communication of any issues or concerns to the Estate Manager is an integral part of your responsibility, ensuring the smooth running of the household.
Your duties also include maintaining every room and living area in pristine condition, delivering refined formal table service for meals and special events, and managing white-glove hospitality when required. An essential part of the role includes ensuring the home is always stocked with the principals' preferred supplies, refreshments, and essentials, which requires careful inventory management paired with a keen attention to detail. You will provide personalized service throughout the day, including setting tables, serving meals, offering snacks and beverages, and adapting attentively to the preferences of both principals and guests. Although infrequent, the capability to perform light cooking and simple meal preparation is considered advantageous.
You will also be responsible for performing the evening turndown service, creating a restful and inviting atmosphere in the private quarters with discretion and care. Liaising with caterers and additional household staff is a vital component, especially during private functions, holidays, and special events, which may require extended hours and heightened attention to guest service.
As a consummate hospitality professional, you will prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages and oversee the care and meticulous organization of the wine cellar and bar areas across the residence. Maintaining the presentation and inventory of all tableware, serve ware, crystal, silver, china, linens, and glassware is critical to ensure seamless replacements or repairs as necessary.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in household service or luxury hospitality roles
- Ability to work with discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform light cooking and simple meal preparation
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent physical stamina and presentation
