Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in household service or luxury hospitality roles
- Ability to work with discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform light cooking and simple meal preparation
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent physical stamina and presentation
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a professional butler or in luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of formal table service and household protocols
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages
- Proficiency in inventory management and household supply coordination
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work extended hours during special events
Job Duties
- Serve as a gracious and discreet representative of the principals at all times embodying the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality
- Conduct a daily walkthrough of the residence and grounds ensuring every detail reflects a five-star standard of presentation and promptly communicate any issues to the Estate Manager
- Maintain each room and living area in impeccable condition
- Deliver refined and elevated formal table service and white-glove hospitality when required for meals and events
- Ensure the home is consistently stocked with preferred supplies refreshments and essentials manage inventories with care and attention to detail
- Provide personalized service throughout the day setting tables serving meals offering snacks and beverages and adapting to the preferences of principals and guests
- Perform evening turndown service with care and discretion creating a restful and inviting atmosphere in the private quarters
