Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Strong commitment to guest service and teamwork
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
- No supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay, and upon departure
- Coordinate efforts with Butler Valets and support departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Anticipate guest needs proactively and act upon them to enhance guest satisfaction
- Build rapport with guests through personalized and attentive service
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure a safe workplace by following safety guidelines and standards
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
