Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Strong commitment to guest service and teamwork
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
  • No supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay, and upon departure
  • Coordinate efforts with Butler Valets and support departments to ensure seamless guest service
  • Anticipate guest needs proactively and act upon them to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Build rapport with guests through personalized and attentive service
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure a safe workplace by following safety guidelines and standards
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
