The role at Topgolf Ontario is centered around venue operations with a focus on Busser and Food Runner responsibilities. This position is crucial in maintaining the seamless flow of service within the dining and entertainment areas. Busser duties include pre-bussing tables while guests are enjoying their time, efficiently clearing and resetting tables, managing cleanliness throughout the venue, and ensuring that trash receptacles and bus carts are emptied and maintained regularly. Food Runners are responsible for delivering food orders promptly to the correct tables, monitoring and replenishing condiments and supplies, and working closely with kitchen and waitstaff teams to provide an excellent guest experience. This position demands teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
