Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
strong interpersonal and communication skills

physical ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties

Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned
practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts

answers guest's questions about the restaurant
handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
cooperates with management and co-workers to assist others with duties if needed

reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly
