The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is an integral part of the restaurant’s operations team, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall dining experience. This is a full-time position offering competitive wages with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance options starting at less than $10 per week. As a Busser/Runner, the primary responsibility is to enhance guests’ dining journeys by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and ensuring prompt service. This includes setting up the station for shifts, ensuring tables are properly stocked with silverware and condiments, refilling beverages, running hot food to guests efficiently, and assisting servers when needed. The individual must adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards, clear and reset tables, clean seating areas and floors, and communicate table readiness to servers to guarantee smooth turnover. This position requires physical stamina including the ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds safely. To succeed, candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented team players with excellent multitasking skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
