As a Busser/Runner, the primary responsibility is to enhance guests’ dining journeys by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and ensuring prompt service. This includes setting up the station for shifts, ensuring tables are properly stocked with silverware and condiments, refilling beverages, running hot food to guests efficiently, and assisting servers when needed. The individual must adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards, clear and reset tables, clean seating areas and floors, and communicate table readiness to servers to guarantee smooth turnover. This position requires physical stamina including the ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds safely. To succeed, candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented team players with excellent multitasking skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
