This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include welcoming guests with a positive attitude, preparing the dining areas for shifts, replenishing silverware and condiments, and delivering food promptly and properly from the kitchen to guests. Red Lobster offers competitive wages with weekly pay, flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance, and a range of benefits that support employees’ well-being and financial security. Medical, dental, and vision insurance options start at under ten dollars per week, ensuring affordable healthcare. Additional benefits include life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match after one year of service. Employees may also receive anniversary pay upon meeting eligibility requirements. The company encourages career development through training and growth opportunities, enabling staff to advance within the organization. Red Lobster promotes diversity, inclusion, and equality in the workplace, embracing employees from various backgrounds regardless of age, race, gender identity, or veteran status.

Working as a Busser/Runner is a physically active role that requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and perform tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching. Red Lobster ensures the work environment is safe, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
