Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food handling or related field preferred
- Ability to safely handle and operate cutting equipment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper storage
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- As the busser and runner, you'll know what customers and servers need before they even ask
- Running food and clearing tables are part of the job, but bringing smiles to customers' faces is where you take your role to the next level
- Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
- Cut, bone, or grind pieces of meat
- Weigh, wrap, label and store cuts of meat
- Know and comply with proper storage standards
- Participate in product rotation, inventory, waste management and ordering of product
- Clean equipment and work areas according to sanitation standards
