This position is for a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, a vital role that supports the restaurant’s smooth operation and overall guest satisfaction. As a Busser/Runner, you will be the first point of contact for welcoming guests with a friendly smile and ensuring their dining experience is seamless from start to finish. You will prepare the dining stations for shifts, keep tables properly set with cutlery and condiments, replenish drinks, and clear used dishes promptly. Additionally, you will assist servers by delivering hot meals to guests and providing any necessary support, all while adhering strictly to food safety and cleanliness standards. The role demands physical stamina including the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and safely carry up to 30 pounds.
