As a Busser/Runner, the candidate will be welcomed into a team that values cooperation, attention to detail, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include greeting guests with a smile, preparing the station for service, ensuring tables are set with utensils and condiments, refilling drinks, clearing dishes and glassware, and assisting servers as needed. Additionally, bussers/runners deliver hot food from the kitchen to tables, maintain cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables, washing dishes, and communicating table availability. Physical demands involve safely bending, reaching, crouching, carrying up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods during shifts lasting between 8 to 12 hours. Adaptations are made to accommodate those with disabilities so that everyone can perform essential job functions.
