As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the dining area. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests with a welcoming smile, preparing your station for the shift, ensuring clean and stocked tables with utensils and condiments, refilling beverages, clearing used plates and glassware, delivering hot food to guests promptly, assisting servers as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. You will also be expected to follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously. Physical demands of the position include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds, as well as stand for extended periods during an 8 to 12-hour shift.
