Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality preferred
physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
authorization to work in the U.S.
good communication skills
ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
must be available to work weekends and holidays
excellent communication and guest service skills
must be able to lift and carry heavy trays, ability to carry multiple plates from the kitchen to tables
must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs
must be able to safely use a ladder
must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment

Job Duties

Support the restaurant and bar operations
clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware
assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
accurately utilize technology to efficiently complete food pick up and drop off service
ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming area and restrooms
restock service stations and restrooms
assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning and/or stacking chairs and tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture and removing trash
provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests
uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times
collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service
other duties as assigned
