As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play an essential role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests by supporting the front-of-house team and maintaining a clean and hospitable environment. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers with a smile, preparing your station for service, and ensuring tables are properly set with cutlery and condiments. You will assist by refilling drinks, clearing plates and glassware efficiently, and delivering hot food from the kitchen to the dining area. Supporting servers when needed, you will help ensure that guests receive prompt and attentive service while maintaining all safety and sanitation standards. Maintaining cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables, wiping down seats and floors, and communicating table availability will allow the restaurant to operate smoothly during busy shifts. This physically active role requires standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and safely lifting up to 30 pounds.
