As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play an integral role in ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests with a smile, preparing your station for each shift, maintaining tables by ensuring utensils and condiments are properly set, refilling beverages, and clearing used dishes and glassware. You will also be pivotal in delivering hot food to guests promptly and assisting servers whenever necessary. Safety and cleanliness standards must be upheld consistently to ensure a hygienic environment for both patrons and staff. Additionally, you will manage table availability communications, clear and reset tables, and support dishwashing efforts.
