The responsibilities of a Busser/Runner encompass a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and supporting the servers. This includes welcoming guests warmly, setting up the station for shifts, ensuring tables are properly stocked with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and promptly delivering hot food to guests. Additionally, you will assist servers as needed, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, clear and reset tables efficiently, communicate table readiness, and handle the breakdown of items in the dish area. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the country and meet the minimum age requirements. Physical demands include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and stand or move around for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
