The role of Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is a vital position focused on enhancing the overall guest experience through efficient service and careful attention to detail. The role also involves cleaning and resetting tables between guests, communicating with front-of-house and kitchen staff about table readiness, and participating in the breakdown of dish areas after service.

Physically, the role demands stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as bending, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods during shifts that typically last from 8 to 12 hours.
