The role offered is a non-exempt hourly position with additional tips, perfect for individuals who are energetic, guest-focused, and enthusiastic about delivering memorable customer experiences in a high-volume restaurant and entertainment environment. As a team member, you will be key in supporting restaurant and bar operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization within various areas of the venue, including gaming spaces and restrooms. Your responsibilities will include resetting tables, refilling beverages, polishing silverware, and assisting guests with mobile ordering technology, which reflects PopStroke's modern approach to service efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for prolonged periods
- ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs
- capable of lifting and carrying heavy trays and multiple plates
- able to safely use a ladder
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
- strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- exceptional guest service abilities
Job Duties
- Support the restaurant and bar operations
- clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware
- assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
- run food orders from the kitchen to appropriate tables ensuring customer service, accuracy, and presentation standards
- utilize technology efficiently for food pick up and drop off service
- maintain cleanliness of all restaurant areas including gaming and restrooms
- restock service stations and restrooms
- assist with opening and closing procedures including cleaning, stacking chairs and tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture, and removing trash
- provide friendly and attentive guest service responding promptly to requests
- uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
- work in indoor and outdoor environments
- perform other duties as assigned
