The role at PopStroke being offered is a non-exempt hourly position with additional tips, designed for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment setting. Team members in this role support the restaurant and bar operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and ensuring timely and accurate service. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, assisting guests with the PopStroke mobile ordering app, and delivering food orders efficiently and courteously. Attention to detail, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and the ability to collaborate with teammates are essential components of this position.

This job demands physical stamina as it requires standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching for extended periods, and the ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds safely. The working environment encompasses both indoor and outdoor areas, including the gaming section and restrooms, ensuring versatility and engagement across multiple facets of the venue. Team members will also participate in opening and closing procedures such as cleaning, arranging furniture, and trash disposal.

Successful candidates will have previous experience in high-volume restaurant environments, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work during weekends and holidays.
