As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be the friendly face that welcomes customers and helps maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $25.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance options starting at under $10 per week. Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • physical capability to perform the essential functions of the job with reasonable accommodations if needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • team-oriented with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet each guest in the restaurant with a smile
  • prepare the station for the shift
  • ensure that silverware and condiments are on the table
  • refill beverages and clear used plates and glassware
  • deliver hot food to guests when ready in the hallway
  • provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
  • follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean chairs and floors
  • communicate table availability
  • separate items in the dishwashing area
