The role at PopStroke is an integral part of maintaining this lively atmosphere and excellent guest service. As a team member in this position, you will support restaurant and bar operations, helping create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. Tasks include clearing and resetting tables, assisting guests with mobile ordering technology, delivering food orders promptly and accurately, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in all areas, including the dining, gaming, and restroom spaces. The role demands attention to detail, a friendly and attentive attitude toward guests, and close collaboration with other team members to provide efficient service.

This position is non-exempt with an hourly pay rate plus tips, appealing to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and enjoy working as part of a cohesive team. The role offers the chance to develop hospitality skills and grow within an energetic and supportive company culture. Moreover, the physical demands require the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds safely, reflecting the active and hands-on nature of the work.
