The position involves supporting restaurant and bar operations, clearing and resetting tables, assisting guests using PopStroke’s mobile ordering application, and ensuring timely delivery of food orders from the kitchen to customers while maintaining high standards of service and presentation. Cleanliness and restocking of service areas, including gaming zones and restrooms, are also essential duties, alongside assisting with opening and closing procedures such as setting up outdoor furniture and managing waste. The team member must uphold safety and sanitation principles, collaborate effectively with colleagues to offer seamless service, and be ready to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
This role is perfect for those who enjoy a physical and active workplace, as it requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs regularly. The ability to use a ladder safely and carry multiple plates or trays is also necessary. Working weekends and holidays is a requirement, ensuring that guests receive consistent, attentive service during peak times.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time
- must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs
- must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates from the kitchen to tables
- must be able to safely use a ladder
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
- strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
- must be available to work weekends and holidays
- excellent communication and guest service skills
Job Duties
- Support the restaurant and bar operations
- clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware
- assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
- run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner, ensuring great customer service, accuracy and presentation standards are met
- ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas including the gaming area and restrooms
- restock service stations and restrooms
- assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning and/or stacking chairs and tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture and removing trash
- provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests
- uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times
- collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service
- work in both an indoor and outdoor environment
- other duties as assigned
