This role at Red Lobster is for the position of Busser/Runner, a key player in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests. The Busser/Runner responsibilities are diverse and essential. This role welcomes each guest with a warm smile and prepares the station to ensure that settings such as utensils and condiments are correctly managed. Maintaining tables for cleanliness and readiness, refilling drinks, clearing used dishes and glassware, and delivering hot food to guests promptly are key duties. Additionally, Communicating table availability and assisting servers with customer needs when necessary help maintain efficient workflow in the dining room. Adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards is mandatory, as is assisting in areas such as dish separation in the sink area.

This job requires physical stamina and the ability to handle tasks such as bending, reaching, crouching, and safely lifting up to 30 pounds. Shifts commonly last between 8 to 12 hours, often requiring standing for extended periods. The ability to multitask with attention to detail and cooperate well within a team environment are crucial traits. Job Duties
