Job Description

Red Lobster is a renowned restaurant chain that originated from a family-owned establishment with a passion for seafood and coastal cuisine. For over fifty years, it has grown into a large family of more than 500 restaurants dedicated to serving guests memorable meals and special moments. Red Lobster places great emphasis on community involvement, where new friends turn into familiar faces, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees. The company culture revolves around not only providing exceptional dining experiences but also fostering meaningful connections among its team members and patrons. This makes Red Lobster more than just a place to work; it is a community hub that prides itself on tradition, quality, and hospitality.

The role of Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is vital in maintaining seamless service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves supporting servers by attending to the needs of guests promptly and efficiently. The Busser/Runner is responsible for preparing the dining area before shifts, maintaining cleanliness, replenishing condiments and utensils, and assisting with delivering food and drinks. The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, physical endurance, and a friendly disposition to greet guests warmly. Employees in this position contribute directly to the restaurant's service flow and help create a positive dining environment. The job offers competitive weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and an hourly wage range from $17.81 to $25.00. Furthermore, team members receive attractive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance starting at less than $10 per week, life and short-term disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributions after one year, and discounts on meals, making this an excellent opportunity for career growth and financial stability within the hospitality industry.
