Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards is essential, as is clearing and resetting tables after guests leave, cleaning seats and floors, and communicating table readiness efficiently. Additionally, you will help break down items in the dish area and contribute to an organized work environment.

The physical requirements for this position include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely. Busser/runners must be able to move about the restaurant and remain on their feet for extended periods, typically 8 to 12-hour shifts. Teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are vital for success in this fast-paced environment.
