The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is an integral part of the team's success in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This part-time position offers competitive wages with weekly pay and flexible scheduling to accommodate varying availability. As a Busser/Runner, your primary responsibilities include greeting guests with a friendly smile, setting up your station before shifts, ensuring tables are properly stocked with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, and assisting servers by running hot food to guests promptly. You will support the flow of service by pre-bussing tables, clearing dishes, resetting tables with clean linens and utensils, and maintaining the cleanliness of dining areas including seats and floors. Communication is key as you monitor table readiness and help with dish area duties such as breaking down items. Following food safety protocols and cleanliness standards is crucial to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for guests and staff alike.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to move quickly throughout the restaurant, standing for 8 to 12-hour shifts, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds safely. The position is well-suited for team players with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities who thrive in a fast-paced setting. Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least minimum age required to work legally
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
