Employees benefit from weekly pay and a variety of insurance options, including medical, dental, and vision plans starting at less than $10 per week. Additional benefits such as life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary benefits are available. The company also provides a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer contributions after one year of service and anniversary pay contingent on eligibility. Responsibilities include greeting customers with a smile, preparing the station for shifts, ensuring tables are stocked with utensils and condiments, refilling drinks, clearing used dishes and glassware, delivering hot food from the pass, supporting servers as needed, and adhering strictly to food safety and cleanliness standards. You will also be responsible for resetting tables, cleaning seating areas and floors, managing table availability communication, and sorting items in the sink area.
Physical requirements for this role include the ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, as well as the stamina to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts. Teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities are essential to succeed in this dynamic environment.
