Currently, Red Lobster is hiring for the position of Busser/Runner. This role is essential in maintaining the restaurant’s smooth operational flow and exceptional customer service. As a Busser/Runner, your key duties will include greeting each guest with a smile, preparing your station for the shift, ensuring tables are set with utensils and condiments, refilling drinks, clearing used dishes and glassware, delivering hot food to guests promptly when it is ready, and assisting servers whenever needed. You will play a vital role in upholding the standards for food safety and cleanliness by following all safety protocols and cleanliness guidelines. Additionally, duties involve clearing tables, resetting them, cleaning seating and floors, communicating table availability, and organizing items in the dishwashing area. This position requires active participation in a team-oriented environment where attention to detail and multitasking are crucial.

Employment with Red Lobster offers weekly pay and competitive wages, with this role paying between $16.90 and $25.00 per hour.
