The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is a vital position that contributes significantly to the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. The Busser/Runner plays an essential part in maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards by clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and attending to the cleanliness of seating and floors.

Additionally, those in this role communicate table readiness to ensure a seamless flow of service and support dish area breakdown tasks. The physical demands of the role require the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds safely, stand and move about the restaurant throughout an 8 to 12-hour shift, and possess strong multitasking skills alongside attention to detail.
