Job Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and multitask efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Basic physical fitness to perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and lifting
- Customer service oriented
Job Duties
- Greet each guest at the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure cutlery and condiments are set on the table
- Refill beverages and clear used dishes and glassware
- Deliver hot food to guests when ready in the pass
- Provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Clear tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Separate items in the sink area
