With more than 500 restaurants, Red Lobster has grown into a beloved brand that represents more than just a place to eat; it is a community hub where guests enjoy memorable meals and hospitality in a warm and welcoming environment. The company prides itself on its founding passion for quality seafood and excellent customer service, making every seat in their restaurants an inviting space for guests to become familiar faces and new friends. The company culture promotes growth and career advancement by providing training opportunities and fostering a supportive team atmosphere.

The role of Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining cleanliness, assisting servers, and ensuring guests feel welcomed from the moment they enter. As a Busser/Runner, you will be responsible for preparing your station before shifts, setting tables with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, and pre-bussing tables efficiently to maintain smooth operations. This position requires running hot food to guests promptly while providing support to servers as needed, all while adhering to strict food safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities also include clearing and resetting tables, cleaning dining areas, communicating table status to the team, and assisting with dish area organization.

The job demands physical stamina, including the ability to bend, reach, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and remain standing through shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours. You must be a collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Red Lobster offers competitive wages with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and options for medical, dental, and vision insurance starting at less than $10 per week. Employees also benefit from life insurance, short-term disability coverage, voluntary benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching after one year of service. Additional perks include anniversary pay eligibility, discounted meals during shifts, and a 25% discount when dining as a guest.

Red Lobster is committed to diversity and inclusion, proudly being an equal opportunity employer dedicated to providing a welcoming and respectful workplace for all employees regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status.
