Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet each customer in the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare your station for the shift
- Ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
- Refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
- Run hot food to customers when ready in the hallway
- Assist servers with customers as needed
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness rules
- Remove dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Sort items at the dishwashing area
